East Valley Veterans Parade salutes Arizona heroes next month

The East Valley Veterans Parade Association is now accepting applications for entries to the 17th Annual East Valley Veterans Parade.
Applications must be submitted online by Oct. 22 to be eligible. The application does not guarantee acceptance into the parade. All entrants are responsible for learning the parade’s rules and regulations.
This year’s theme is “Arizona Heroes – Global War on Terrorism” to recognize those who served in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, and their families.
The East Valley Veterans Parade on Nov. 11 traditionally attracts more than 90 entries and is attended by thousands along Center Street and First Street in downtown Mesa. The parade route map can be found here.
