Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is introducing new menu offerings while continuing to expand its presence in Arizona.
The restaurant chain recently launched several menu additions and has plans for a new location in Tucson, according to a press release.
“At Pei Wei, we’re always looking for ways to give our guests something new to get excited about while continuing to serve the bold flavors they know and love,” Pei Wei Vice President of Marketing Brian Dreeland said. “From innovative limited-time offerings to new menu additions and continued expansion in Arizona, we’re focused on creating fresh experiences every time guests visit.”
Among the new offerings is Honey Mango Chili Chicken, a limited-time entrée featuring crispy chicken and mango tossed in a honey mango sauce with chili flakes and served with lime. Pei Wei has also introduced Sauced Dumplings, which include six steamed dumplings filled with chicken, cabbage, shallots, ginger and green onions and served with a choice of Sweet Soy or Firecracker sauce.
The new items join Pei Wei’s existing menu, which includes Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Firecracker Chicken, Orange Chicken and other made-to-order dishes.
Arizona remains a growth market for the company, with a new Pei Wei location planned in Tucson. Additional details, including an opening date, will be announced at a later time.
Customers can order through dine-in service, takeout, delivery or the company’s redesigned mobile app, which includes updated ordering features and a rewards program.
Pei Wei said it will continue focusing on made-to-order menu items, ingredient quality and convenient dining options as it expands its footprint.
