Elvira’s at DC Ranch has launched a new happy hour menu available from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
The modern Mexican restaurant’s updated lineup includes small plates and handcrafted cocktails developed by Executive Chef Christopher George.
The menu features locally inspired ingredients and shareable dishes designed to encourage conversation.
“We wanted to bring the same energy from our dining room into the bar — lively, flavorful, and easy to enjoy,” said Tom Kaufman, owner of Kaufman Hospitality. “Happy hour should feel like an escape, not an afterthought. It’s casual, but with Elvira’s twist that makes it something special.”
Mr. Kaufman said the menu includes tacos, dips and skewers alongside signature cocktails such as Seduction, Runway to Jalisco, Golden Ember and Blueberry Lemon Drop.
“Every dish has its own story,” Chef George said. “We pulled inspiration from the flavors our guests can’t get enough of — the bright citrus and spice in the tacos, the slow-building heat in the cocktails. It’s all about experiencing Elvira’s energy in a fresh, exciting way.”
Chef George added that the restaurant continues to focus on locally sourced ingredients and a design-forward setting.
