Mark-Taylor Residential adds three communities in East Valley

Mark-Taylor Residential, the region’s longest-standing investment manager, developer and owner of Class-A communities, has expanded its portfolio with three additional communities in the East Valley.

According to a press release, the new properties include Forge Tower in Mesa, Honeycutt Run in Maricopa and Woodcrest at Power Ranch in Gilbert.

Forge Tower

Found at 22 N. Robson in downtown Mesa, Forge Tower offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with amenities such as a podcast studio, creative workspace and coworking lounge. Units feature smart-home technology, stainless steel appliances and private balconies. The community is near the Mesa Arts Center, the Arizona Museum of Natural History and Arizona State University’s Media and Immersive Experience Center.

Honeycutt Run

Honeycutt Run, at 36635 Honeycutt Road in Maricopa, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with fenced yards, smart-home technology and optional garages with EV charging outlets. The community is near Copper Sky Regional Park and Phoenix Premium Outlets.

Woodcrest at Power Ranch

Woodcrest at Power Ranch, at 4055 S. Ranch House Parkway in Gilbert, is a gated community featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom townhomes with direct-access garages, stainless steel appliances and energy-efficient design. Nearby attractions include Gilbert Regional Park, San Tan Mountain

Regional Park and Power Ranch Golf Club.
