Davis Commercial is announcing the hiring of Jeffery Schonberger as a senior vice president.
Mr. Schonberger brings more than 40 years of experience in land acquisition, site development sales and leasing.

Mr. Schonberger started with Ford Motor Company, where he successfully rose the corporate ladder. In 1981, he moved to Phoenix and started working as a business broker, which prompted him to secure his Arizona real estate license and build his career into commercial real estate.
He spent real estate site acquisition for quick service restaurant brands for nearly a decade, including seven years with Eisenberg Company, where he developed company-owned shopping centers, leased retail space, sold ground-leased pads and retail centers.
