LevRose Commercial Real Estate has completed the $11.2 million sale of a prominent Old Town Scottsdale property at 3925 N. Brown Ave. to Terry Black’s BBQ, marking the Texas-based restaurant brand’s entry into the Arizona market.
LevRose partners Danielle Davis, Branden Mondragon and Trent McCullough represented the sellers in the transaction.
The approximately 0.74-acre property spans an entire city block and consists of nine parcels and approximately 10,409 square feet of existing buildings. The acquisition gives Terry Black’s BBQ a highly visible location in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, according to a press release.
The property is surrounded by Old Town Scottsdale’s established mix of restaurants, boutiques, galleries and cultural attractions. Its walkable location also provides access to residents, tourists and nearby resort guests.
“This was a truly unique opportunity to acquire one of Old Town Scottsdale’s most recognizable and irreplaceable properties,” Danielle Davis, partner at LevRose Commercial Real Estate, said. “Its full-block scale, visibility and location made it an exceptionally rare offering. We’re excited to see Terry Black’s BBQ bring new energy to Scottsdale as it enters the Arizona market.”
For the sellers, the transaction marks a significant transition for a long-held property. For Old Town Scottsdale, it represents a new chapter for a highly visible block in one of the city’s most active commercial districts.
The sale reflects continued demand for high-profile real estate opportunities in Old Town Scottsdale and interest from established restaurant operators seeking a presence in the market, according to a press release.
Terry Black’s BBQ is known for its Central Texas-style barbecue and currently operates locations throughout Texas and in Nashville, Tennessee.
