Nobu Scottsdale has introduced new weekend lunch offerings featuring chef-selected dishes, shareable plates and cocktails designed to expand its daytime dining menu.
The updated lunch menu includes a mix of signature Nobu dishes, specialty entrées and curated sushi selections, according to a press release.
Among the new offerings is the Hassun, a shareable starter featuring Nobu ceviche, crispy rice with spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and a choice of sashimi. New Donburi bowls are available with prime tenderloin, jidori chicken or salmon paired with teriyaki, anticucho or wasabi pepper sauces.
The menu also includes a Signature Bento Box featuring smaller portions of several popular dishes, including Prime Tenderloin Miso Ponzu, Sea Bass Tempura, Vegetables Spicy Garlic, Sashimi Salad and assorted sushi. Diners may also choose the Chef’s Sushi Selection, which features a curated assortment selected by the restaurant’s sushi chefs.
Additional menu items include cold and hot dishes and vegetable offerings, alongside dishes such as Hon Maguro Vegas Salsa, Shima Aji Piquillo and Lobster Salad with Grilled Shrimp.
To accompany the menu, Nobu Scottsdale is offering cocktails including The Southside, made with pea flower-infused Roku Gin, Plymouth Sloe Gin, sudachi juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and mint, and the Pina Martini, which combines Van Gogh Pineapple Vodka, Giffard Crème de Peche, pineapple puree and lime juice.
Weekend lunch service is available exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
The restaurant has also expanded its Tanoshi Hour offerings. On Mondays, Tanoshi Hour is available from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Bar & Lounge. Daily Tanoshi Hour is offered from 5 to 6 p.m.
