Arizona Chef’s Week returns from July 31 to Aug. 9, and Marino’s Italian Kitchen & Bar is participating with a limited-time three-course menu designed to highlight the restaurant’s approach to Italian cuisine. Priced at $55 per person, the menu features seafood, house specialties and desserts, with optional wine pairings available for each course, according to a press release.
The menu includes:
First course (choice of one):
Tuna Tartare with crispy risotto cake, sweet chili aioli, wakame and mango
Crispy Squash Blossoms with lemon-mint whipped ricotta, marinara and pecorino
AZ Summer Salad with grilled watermelon, strawberries, cucumber and honey-infused goat cheese
Second course (choice of one):
Seared Scallops & Risotto with lemon and spring peas
Pollo al Forno with roasted potatoes, broccolini and mustard velouté
Braised Short Rib with parsnip purée, roasted vegetables and port wine demi-glace
Third course (choice of one):
Limoncello Tiramisu with limoncello, Grand Marnier, ladyfingers, mascarpone mousse, Meyer lemon curd, candied lemon and mint
Chocolate Mousse with caramel, Oreo crumble and whipped cream.
