Elite Garages Scottsdale, a new garage condominium community designed for automotive enthusiasts, collectors, hobbyists and lifestyle buyers, has launched in north Scottsdale.
Found near Loop 101 and Bell Road, the development is accepting reservations, with construction expected to begin in December 2026 and completion anticipated in the third quarter of 2027.
The development will feature 32 privately owned garage condominium suites offering owners a customizable space for vehicle storage, workshops, entertainment, collections and recreational pursuits. Each suite will be individually deeded, allowing owners to build equity while creating a space tailored to their interests, according to a press release.
Positioned near Barrett-Jackson, WestWorld of Scottsdale, Scottsdale Airpark, DC Ranch and Silverleaf, the project is located within an area known for automotive and luxury lifestyle activity. The location also offers direct access to Loop 101.
“Scottsdale has become one of the premier automotive and luxury lifestyle destinations in the country,” said Jim Riggs, founder of Platinum Advisors, the developer behind the project. “Elite Garages Scottsdale is designed to offer more than secure vehicle storage. Each garage condominium will feature approximately 22-foot clear ceiling heights and will be delivered with:

Elite Garages Scottsdale is being developed by Platinum Advisors, an Arizona-based commercial real estate firm specializing in office condominium and mixed-use development. The project is led by Jim Riggs, founder of Platinum Advisors. Development is overseen by Tonianne Strohkirch, vice president of real estate, and sales are led by Ryan Riggs, sales and acquisitions manager. Platinum Advisors has developed 56 office condominium projects across seven states and completed 29 developments within Scottsdale Airpark, according to a press release.
The development team is also behind Cartique, a planned 100,000-square-foot automotive lifestyle destination expected to break ground in Scottsdale in early 2027. The project is planned to combine automotive culture with entertainment, art, dining, simulators, special events and collector experiences.
