Estrella, one of the largest master-planned communities in the Southwest, is welcoming three new home collections from Lennar: Premier, Summit and Discovery.
The collections are now selling, with model homes opening Dec. 19 in the Montecito village at Estrella, according to a press release. Prices range from $368,990 to $454,990. The neighborhood is at 18594 W. Maplewood Drive in Goodyear.
Among the offerings is Lennar’s Next Gen design, which features a main home plus an attached private suite with its own living space, bedroom, bath, laundry and kitchen. The design provides “two homes under one roof,” offering separate yet connected living spaces for multigenerational households or flexible lifestyle needs.

In 2024, Lennar purchased 359 lots at Estrella as part of a larger acquisition totaling 508 homesites. Another homebuilder also acquired lots in Montecito, underscoring strong demand for new housing in Goodyear, one of the fastest-growing communities in the U.S.
Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Estrella Mountains south of Interstate 10, Estrella offers residents access to two clubs with resort-style pools, fitness centers, restaurants and a water park area for children. The community also features a public 18-hole Nicklaus Design golf course and is adjacent to the 19,000-acre Estrella Regional Park.
