OneAZ Credit Union has named Mike Boden as president and chief executive officer.
Mr. Boden, who previously served as chief financial officer and most recently as interim CEO, brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience and a background in financial services, according to a press release.
“Mike is the right leader to serve OneAZ in the next chapter,” said Georganna Meyer, chair of the OneAZ Board of Directors. “He’s exemplified a strong, future‑forward mindset and a deep respect for the values that OneAZ holds dear,” Ms. Meyer said. “For the past 10 years at OneAZ, Mike has earned the trust and support of OneAZ’s associates and the community. The Board of Directors is confident in his ability to serve our members and strengthen our community.”
Mr. Boden joined OneAZ in 2014 and has served as a member of the credit union for more than 30 years. As chief financial officer, he helped oversee the organization’s financial operations and guide long‑term stability and growth.
“I’m humbled and honored to serve as CEO of OneAZ and to steward this incredible organization into the future,” Mr. Boden said. “My personal commitment is to lead with integrity, reinforce our values and purpose, and to always put people — our associates and members — at the heart of every decision,” Mr. Boden said.
Before joining OneAZ, Mr. Boden spent 20 years in leadership roles at American Express, including serving as controller for Global Corporate
Payments and Global Travel Services, director of international finance and reporting, and manager of international treasury services.
