RE/MAX Fine Properties and RE/MAX Professionals have merged under the RE/MAX Fine Properties name, forming a single brokerage with offices across Arizona.
The combined firm includes approximately 360 agents, 10 offices from Tucson to Flagstaff and annual sales volume of more than $2 billion, according to a press release.
The merger expands RE/MAX Fine Properties’ statewide presence by integrating the operations and agent networks of both brokerages. The firm will continue under the leadership of four managing partners who collectively bring nearly nine decades of real estate sales experience.
“For nearly twenty-five years I’ve had the privilege of leading RE/MAX Professionals and our guiding principle has never changed: protect the trust that clients and referring agents place in us,” said Nate Martinez, broker-owner of RE/MAX Professionals. “What excites me about joining forces under RE/MAX Fine Properties is how naturally our cultures fit together. For years we’ve operated with similar standards and shared values. This merger simply gives us a larger platform to do more of what we do best.”
Since its founding, RE/MAX Professionals has closed more than 50,000 transactions. Following the merger, the combined brokerage will offer residential real estate services statewide through the RE/MAX Fine Properties brand.
“This merger is about creating new opportunities and delivering exceptional results for both our clients and our agents,” said Jamie Wong, managing broker of RE/MAX Fine Properties.
“By joining forces with RE/MAX Professionals, we’re expanding our depth of talent and strengthening our presence across the state. Internally, we remain focused on agent success and building a culture that values professionalism, collaboration and long-term growth. These commitments are why top producers choose to build their careers here and why clients continue to trust us with their most important moves.”
