Humble Bistro is now open at 222 E. Jefferson St. in Phoenix. The restaurant will serve lunch, happy hour and dinner.
The 3,300-square-foot space is on the ground floor of the Adeline Luxury Living building and will feature about 24 tables and a 12-seat bar, similar to the High Street Humble Bistro, according to a press release.
“We are thrilled to expand Humble Bistro to the heart of downtown Phoenix and integrate ourselves into a thriving community,” said Jorge Gomez, chef and partner of Humble Bistro. “We look forward to welcoming our new neighbors to our beautiful space.”
The menu will include shareable starters, artisanal pizzas and flatbreads, house-made pasta and a curated list of handcrafted spirits. Wines by the glass and bottle will range from $25 to $150. Weekly and daily food and drink specials will also be offered.
