Paradise Valley burglary suspects nabbed in Colorado and California

The Paradise Valley Police Department Tuesday, Oct. 15 reported the arrest of two individuals allegedly found to be part of a residential burglary occurring in the 6000 Block of E. Arroyo Verde Drive in the Town of Paradise Valley on Dec. 29, 2023.
The arrests of Jorge Gomez Cereceda, 23, and Constanza Gonzalez-Rozas, 22, were announced yesterday as part of a Paradise Valley Police Department investigation into the December 2023 residential burglary.
Paradise Valley Police Department Investigators report the two arrested are allegedly connected to the suspected activity in Arizona of a South American theft group.
Probable cause was developed for these suspects, who allegedly stole several purses, jewelry, and cash valued at approximately $280,450.
The suspects were apprehended by law enforcement in Colorado and California on unrelated incidents and are now being held on arrest warrants pending extradition to Arizona for their criminal proceedings.
All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
