The James Agency has been named to Inc.’s annual Best Workplaces list for the second year in a row.

This year’s list, featured on Inc.com, is the result of a comprehensive measurement and evaluation of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures, according to a press release.

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 514 honorees this year, the release states.

Employees at The James Agency took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, covering critical topics such as management effectiveness, employee perks, professional development and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine an overall score and ranking.

This recognition is especially meaningful as TJA celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2025 — a milestone achieved by only 20% of businesses.

“Every element of our culture is built with intention, because we believe that culture tops strategy,” said Veronique James, CEO of The James Agency. “Reaching our 20th anniversary and being named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list in the same year is incredibly special. It’s a reflection of what we’ve prioritized since day one — putting people first. When you create a space where employees feel seen, supported and challenged, the results speak for themselves.”

The accolade highlights The James Agency’s unwavering commitment to nurturing a positive workplace culture where creativity and collaboration thrive.

“Inc.’s Best Workplaces program celebrates the exceptional organizations whose workplace cultures address their employees’ welfare and needs in meaningful ways,” said Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. “As companies expand and adapt to changing economic forces, maintaining such a culture is no small feat. Yet these honorees have not only achieved it — they continue to elevate the employee experience through thoughtful benefits, engagement and a deep commitment to their teams.”
