Dallas Peagler and Breena Westfall of The Brokery are now managing sales for 100 Northern, a new gated community from Meisterwerk Fine Homes located at 1st Avenue and West Northern Avenue in Phoenix.
This private enclave features 17 contemporary homes in North Central Phoenix, offering a mix of single-level and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,276 to 3,715 square feet with three to four bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, according to a press release.
Pricing starts in the low $1 millions. Only 10 homes remain for sale, the release states.
Just steps from the Central Avenue bridle path, 100 Northern showcases a collection of soft contemporary residences designed by Scottsdale-based Moderna Architects and built by GBC Homes with luxury and comfort in mind.
