The Belgravia Group is accepting contracts for Atavia, the 88-unit luxury condominium development found in North Scottsdale’s ‘new luxury corridor’ at Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.
Each residence at Atavia features private entries and attached two-car garages — a rarity in the Scottsdale market — offering homeowners a unique blend of contemporary style with functionality to create a timeless, eminently livable experience, according to a press release.
Belgravia Group is accepting contracts for the remaining two- three- and four-bedroom residences, priced from the mid-$800s to $1.7 million, the release states.
“With Atavia, we’ve crafted a project that offers both form and function,” said Jonathan McCulloch, CEO of Belgravia Group. “The homes have front doors which open the streets surrounding the project, capturing and complementing a sense of urban placemaking within the master development, while our interior courtyards and clubhouse bring together the community in spaces designed for enjoyment and lasting memories.”
Designed by the award-winning international architecture firm KTGY, Atavia offers an exceptional living experience with floor plans ranging from 1,570 to 3,015 square feet. Additional features include 10-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Homeowners will also enjoy a clubhouse inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Taliesin West and amenities including a sparkling pool and spa, fully equipped fitness center, private indoor/outdoor yoga studio, golf simulator and lush courtyards.
Phoenix-based Cambridge Properties leads the sales efforts for Atavia.
“Atavia embodies Belgravia Group’s commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional living spaces,” said Keith Mishkin, CEO, president and designated Broker at Cambridge Properties. “We are excited to introduce this outstanding residential community to Scottsdale and welcome future homeowners to experience its unparalleled offerings.”
