Belgravia Group has closed on the land for Atavia, an 88-unit luxury condominium development found in north Scottsdale’s emerging luxury corridor at Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.
The land closing is announced alongside robust sales velocity for the community, with 66% of its first phase reserved since announcing the development in October 2024, according to a press release.
Located within DMB’s One Scottsdale master plan and directly adjacent to Belgravia Group’s sold-out development, Portico, Atavia offers two, three and four bedroom residences priced from the $800’000s to $1.8 million, the release states.
“With North Scottsdale experiencing continued and dynamic growth, it’s no surprise that the demand for Atavia has surpassed our expectations,” said Jonathan McCulloch, CEO of Belgravia Group. “Atavia will deliver a fresh take on condominium living and we are looking forward to seeing our second Scottsdale community flourish and take shape.”
Designed by the award-winning international architecture firm KTGY, Atavia’s thoughtful design features a clubhouse inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Taliesin West. Phoenix-based Cambridge Properties leads the charge on sales efforts for Atavia and attributes Belgravia Group’s commitment to service and the property’s upscale amenities to its sales success.
“The sales success for Atavia is no coincidence — it’s a testament to the Belgravia Group’s unwavering commitment to attention to detail,” said Keith Mishkin, CEO, president and designated broker at Cambridge Properties. “From the moment homebuyers engage with Belgravia Group, they’re met with a level of care that matches the upscale comforts of Atavia. It’s this seamless blend of luxury living and exceptional service that truly sets Atavia apart in the market.”
