Haydon has appointed Skyler Roussel as director of business development.
Mr. Roussel, who joined Haydon in 2018 and previously served as project director, brings a deep-rooted passion for construction and community impact to his new role, according to a press release.
“At an early age, I found purpose in carpentry, knowing it contributed to creating homes for families,” Mr. Roussel said in a prepared statement. “I wanted to be part of something even more impactful. Construction, often unseen by many, profoundly impacts millions daily.”
Mr. Roussel’s vision at Haydon involves expanding the company’s footprint while nurturing existing relationships and forging new ones.

Mr. Roussel has been instrumental in key Haydon projects, notably contributing to successes like Mansel Carter Oasis Park in Queen Creek and Gilbert Regional Park.
