As of the end of 2024, nearly 90,000 build-to-rent units were under construction across the nation. With this rapid increase in demand for build-to-rent communities, Scottsdale-based MODUS Companies Founder Ed Gorman was recently featured on ‘Viewpoint,’ hosted by actor Dennis Quaid.
This educational program, where Mr. Gorman discusses a variety of topics affecting the real estate industry today, is being aired on over 170 participating Public Television stations throughout the U.S. – including CNN, CNN Headline News, MSNBC, CNBC, Fox News, Fox Business Network, TLC, Travel, and Discovery.
