Scottsdale-based Land Advisors Organization announces that Mark Stratz has joined the firm as incoming president and member of the firm’s national executive leadership team.
He is a real estate veteran, with over 27 years of experience in land development and commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in land acquisition and disposition for various commercial real estate product types and markets, according to a press release
Mr. Stratz will lead the firm’s national growth strategy, expanding into new markets as well as growing the firm’s presence in current markets through the addition of experienced producers, the release states.

With Mr. Stratz joining the firm, the leadership team will have several transitions, including the firm’s current President and Chief Operating Officer Brian Rosener will become CEO and Mr Vogel, the firm’s current CEO, will become chairman.
