LevRose Commercial Real Estate has hired Laurel Lewis, SIOR, as senior vice president, expanding the firm’s office brokerage platform with an experienced commercial real estate professional.
Ms. Lewis brings more than 30 years of experience in office tenant representation, lease negotiations, commercial property sales and strategic real estate advisory services throughout metro Phoenix and the Southwest.
As an office specialist, Ms. Lewis has represented office users and occupiers across a variety of industries, helping businesses evaluate opportunities, negotiate lease terms and make real estate decisions. Her experience includes assisting organizations expanding into the Phoenix market and advising clients through complex transactions.
The addition of Ms. Lewis expands LevRose’s office brokerage services and advisory capabilities, according to a press release.

Mr. Baumgardner said Ms. Lewis’ experience and industry relationships will strengthen the firm’s ability to serve office clients throughout Arizona.
Ms. Lewis’ career has also included mentorship and advocacy efforts within the commercial real estate industry. Having entered the profession when relatively few women worked in commercial real estate, she has mentored professionals entering the field and supported initiatives focused on advancing women in the industry.

Throughout her career, Ms. Lewis has received industry recognition, including being named among AZRE Magazine’s People to Know in Commercial Real Estate and Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate. She holds the SIOR designation, a professional credential in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining LevRose, Ms. Lewis held senior brokerage positions with several Arizona commercial real estate firms.
Beyond brokerage, Ms. Lewis has been involved with community and volunteer organizations, including the Arizona Animal Welfare League, Valley Partnership Community Project, New Pathways for Youth, Andre House, McDowell Sonoran Conservancy and the AZ Lost Boys Center.
