Scottsdale-based LaunchPM has hired Sean Conry as principal, a newly created leadership position intended to support the company’s growth and expansion into additional industries.
Mr. Conry joins LaunchPM after a 30-year career in commercial construction and project management. The appointment comes as the firm continues to grow its national client base and service offerings, according to a press release.
Mr. Conry earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Northern Arizona University and began his career in project management. He later spent nearly a decade with CBRE, where he advanced to senior managing director and oversaw a team of 50 direct reports while providing oversight for $250 million in projects across Arizona and California.
Before joining LaunchPM, Conry served as vice president of RAM Construction. During his tenure, he led the Southern California company’s expansion into Arizona and helped grow the operation to more than $40 million in revenue during its first three years in the state.
“Sean’s combined experience in construction management, business development and his work with the commercial brokerage community is a great addition to our team,” said Beth Scarano, founder, CEO and principal of LaunchPM. “As a principal, he will be instrumental in developing and implementing new business relationships and managing revenue growth.”
LaunchPM provides owner representation services for commercial construction projects ranging from ground-up developments to tenant improvements. The firm’s portfolio includes projects in the health care, office, education, industrial and nonprofit sectors.
