KLMR Homes offers tours of Forest Pleasant Estates in Cave Creek

KLMR Homes, a Scottsdale-based homebuilder, is opening its second community in Cave Creek — Forest Pleasant Estates.
The model homes are available to tour at KLMR Home’s first community, Saguaro Trails in Cave Creek, according to a press release.
This latest development boasts 16 exclusive homesites on the border at Lone Mountain Road and 43rd Street and features four floorplans ranging from 2,642 to 3,558 square feet and three-car garages.
“We’re happy to expand our footprint in Cave Creek with the opening of another luxurious housing community,” said Alan Hall, co-founder and principal of KLMR Homes. “Forest Pleasant Estates offers a unique 15-foot side yard allowing parking space for RV’s, boats, off road vehicles and more.”
The oversized lots offer 50-foot backyards to accommodate a personalized backyard oasis. The homes are designed with an open concept floorplan, optional vaulted ceilings, and optional fireplaces. Additional desirable amenities include casitas and multigenerational suites, the release states.
“We have sold four homes at Forest Pleasant Estates,” Mr. Hall said in a prepared statement. “We expect homeowners to move in near the end of 2024.”
Pricing for Forest Pleasant Estates’ residential homes will start at $850,000.
