Kidder Mathews expands Asset Services portfolio in Greater Phoenix

Kidder Mathews has expanded its Asset Services portfolio in Greater Phoenix with a series of new management assignments completed within 90 days this fall.

The additions total more than 300,000 square feet across office, medical, retail, flex/R&D and corporate facilities, reflecting continued demand for professional property management, according to a press release.

The portfolio includes seven assets with tenants in technology, medical and bioscience sectors:

Cotton Center I – 102,182 square feet flex/R&D | 4025 E. Cotton Center Boulevard, Phoenix

Tenants include Caris Life Sciences, a molecular diagnostics company, and DSV Global Transport, a global logistics provider.

Greystone Business Park – 60,793 square feet flex/R&D | 2552 W. Erie Drive, Tempe

Home to IES Communications, a national infrastructure architect supporting technology-driven environments.

Tatum Place – 45,000 square feet retail (limited scope) | 13636 N. Tatum Boulevard, Phoenix

Deer Valley Professional Building – 32,741 square feet office | 2730 W. Agua Fria, Phoenix

Tenants include Cloverleaf Networks, a provider of internet, cybersecurity and cloud solutions.

Lincoln Medical Plaza – 27,854 square feet medical | 7125 E. Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley

Tenants include Benessair Health and Clear Dermatology, led by Dr. Brenda Latowsky, who participates in clinical research.

Paradise Valley Specialty Surgery Center – 21,280 square feet medical | 5316 E. Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale

A specialty surgery facility affiliated with HonorHealth.

Madera Center – 11,530 square feet retail | 22485 E. Queen Creek Road, Queen Creek
