Evolve PR & Marketing, a public relations agency headquartered in Arizona, continues to expand its national reach through new client partnerships and staff growth across multiple industries.
Founded in 2010, the agency has grown to 29 full‑time publicists and represents more than 140 clients nationwide, reflecting its expansion beyond Arizona into national markets, according to a press release.
Under the leadership of President and Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Kaplan, the firm has added clients across sectors including financial services, retail, hospitality and consumer brands. Recent additions include Desert Financial Credit Union, Hillsdale Shopping Center, Kim Alexis, Pei Wei, Soul Fire Tacos, Sweet Paris Creperie, Ted’s Hot Dogs, The Flower Garage and Whataburger.
The agency has also expanded its scope of work for existing clients, supporting national public relations efforts for brands such as Drunk Shakespeare, Lifted Trucks and Thirsty Lion.
“Our growth has always been rooted in relationships and results,” Ms. Kaplan said. “As we continue to expand, we remain focused on delivering thoughtful strategies, strong execution and impactful outcomes for every client we represent.”
Evolve’s work includes securing local and national media placements and developing campaigns focused on brand awareness and audience engagement. Agency leaders say consistency and preparation remain central to its approach as it scales its services.
“Evolve PR & Marketing is a true extension of our team, helping us share our story and connect with the communities we serve,” said Chief Marketing Officer Jeremy Nelson. “Their approach brings a strategic, well‑informed perspective to every initiative and helps elevate our visibility in meaningful and measurable ways.”
Ms. Kaplan was recently recognized as a member of Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Class of 2026 and named to the 2026 Sun Devil 100 for the twelfth consecutive year. An Arizona State University alumna, she supports emerging communications professionals through mentorship, scholarships and the establishment of the Jennifer G. Kaplan Meeting Room for Community and Excellence at ASU’s Hugh Downs School of Human Communication.
As the agency continues to grow, Evolve remains focused on client support during key moments such as major announcements, openings and high‑visibility media opportunities.
