Dealty: New AI feature allows for more transparency in sales process

Dealty is introducing a digital feature to simplify and accelerate the home listing process using artificial intelligence.
Listing a home on Dealty begins with creating an account and entering the address whereas artificial intelligence protocols will pull the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and property description, according to a press release.
This information will auto-fill into the new listing, leaving the seller with only a few remaining questions to answer, the release states.
“Many home owners put off selling just because the listing process can seem like such a daunting project,” said Renee Tulliani, founder of Dealty. “With a streamlined and simple process, not only can anyone list their home, but they can list it with complete ease, in under five minutes. Dealty allows for buying and selling with confidence and with open communication directly to the lister of the property.”
In addition, Dealty ‘What’s Your Home Worth’ provides an accurate suggested list price for a home based on comps in the area and the home’s features. These tools have created real estate transparency, allowing everyone to feel confident listing and searching for homes.
“Real estate transparency doesn’t just come from showing the features of the home. A lot of sellers are focused on financial transparency,” said Gary Stringer, co-founder and CFO of Dealty. “Dealty is ensuring sellers have all the options available directly to them, allowing them to maintain control of their own selling process.”
