Cushman & Wakefield: standout hires
add more depth and diverse talent
“Micki and Foster have emerged as rising stars within our industry, and we’re excited to welcome them to the team and to continue adding exceptional talent to the firm. They exemplify our commitment to our clients and to excellence. The focus of our business is to exceed our clients’ goals by showing quantifiable results and advise them through the conditions of any market and/or economic cycle,” said Bryon Carney, Cushman & Wakefield’s market leader in Arizona.
Mr. Strong echoed a similar sentiment.
“Micki has quickly established herself as a successful, proven professional and real estate expert. She is driven and her client experience, including working with many of the world’s most recognized companies, has provided a solid foundation early in her career,” he said.
“Micki was an intern for us at Cushman & Wakefield while in college and it’s exciting to see how her career has taken shape and watching her turn into a standout broker. We’re glad to welcome her back to Cushman & Wakefield in Arizona where she can continue to expand our business and path of growth as part of our team.”
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Strain was a senior vice president with JLL in northern California. She was the recipient of the firm’s prestigious national ‘Rookie of the Year’ award in 2017.
“Foster also brings great experience and knowledge to his new role at our firm. He has already built strong, lasting connections with investors and property owners in the Phoenix market that has led to many business opportunities,” added Mr. Haenel. “Hiring talent that is smart, growing, and hard-working will continue to best represent our clients’ interests and maintain our position as market leaders.”
Mr. Bundy previously served as a senior advisor at LevRose Commercial Real Estate. He began his career in 2017 and has successfully guided his clients through industrial and office sales and leasing across the Valley of the Sun.
