Cushman & Wakefield is strengthening its industrial capital markets team with the addition of Garrett Stasand.
Mr. Stasand joins as a director and will report up to Head of Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Rob Rubano.
Mr. Stasand’s private capital focus will work in close partnership with Cushman & Wakefield’s institutional debt coverage, which is led by Brian Share.
Mr. Stasand will focus on originating, structuring and placing commercial real estate debt for clients.

Mr. Stasand echoed a similar sentiment.

In addition, Cheynne Giles, senior financial analyst, has also recently joined the team and will perform financial analyses to drive informed investment decisions.
Mr. Giles previously served as a senior financial analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s national financial analytics pool, where she supported the execution of financial analysis and valuation for the firm’s entire capital markets team.
