Arizona Sports Medicine Center is constructing a new 34,000‑square‑foot medical office building in Scottsdale that will serve as the organization’s flagship location.
The facility is part of Sierra Bloom, a 43‑acre mixed‑use healthcare and lifestyle development near the Salt River Pima‑Maricopa Indian Community, and will provide multidisciplinary orthopedic care as part of the Abrazo Medical Group, according to a press release.
Construction began in October, with a topping‑out celebration planned for March 2026. The building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026. Providers will continue seeing patients at existing locations throughout the Valley during construction.
“We’ll be offering sports medicine, imaging, and other advanced medical services designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Scottsdale community,” said Dr. Amon Ferry, orthopedic surgeon with Arizona Sports Medicine Center.
“This project reflects our continued commitment to developing high-quality healthcare services and environments that support providers and improve patient access to specialized medical services in this part of the Valley,” said Brian Elisco, AZ group CEO at Abrazo Health.
Arizona Sports Medicine Center includes 22 orthopedic providers offering services in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, joint reconstruction, foot and ankle care, and hand and elbow treatment.
The project is being developed in partnership with Hammes, a national real estate consulting, development, investment and management firm, and NOVO Development, which are working together on the Sierra Bloom campus.
