Mark-Taylor Residential has been selected by Soltrust to provide third-party management services for Sonoran Row, a new 259-home luxury townhome community in North Phoenix.
Found at 2800 W. Sonoran Desert Drive, the community adds rental housing options in an area experiencing continued residential and commercial growth, with access to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. facilities, the Shops at Norterra and other employment, dining and retail destinations, according to a press release.
Sonoran Row features two- and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,264 to 1,861 square feet. The homes include private entrances, multilevel floor plans, attached garages, private balconies, quartz countertops, gourmet kitchens and energy-efficient appliances.
Community amenities include a pool and spa, fire pits, playgrounds, green spaces, ramadas, outdoor kitchens, and picnic and barbecue areas.
Residents also have direct access to the nearby Sonoran Preserve trail system, which includes more than 36 miles of hiking trails through the desert landscape.

The addition of 259 rental homes comes as employment growth and commercial investment continue to drive housing demand in North Phoenix, according to a press release. Mark-Taylor Residential will oversee management operations for the community on behalf of Soltrust.
