VALLEYLIFE will host its 35th annual charitable golf tournament Friday, Oct. 23, at Palmbrook Golf Club in Sun City.

The tournament will bring together golfers, sponsors and community partners to raise awareness and funds supporting opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Proceeds will benefit the VALLEYLIFE Foundation and support programs focused on vocational services, health, life skills and education, according to a press release.

The event comes as VALLEYLIFE marks 79 years of service in Arizona. The organization primarily serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing programs designed to help individuals build skills, confidence and independence.

A key measure of the organization’s vocational impact is the successful placement of 60 VALLEYLIFE members into careers, helping participants pursue employment opportunities and greater independence.
