Arizona luxury real estate agents Anthony Turco and John Turco are moving the Turco Group to Compass, joining a national brokerage as demand continues for high-end homes in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and other Valley communities.

The father-son team brings more than $1.8 billion in combined sales volume and experience representing high-net-worth buyers and sellers — according to a press release.

The move follows a recent transaction led by Anthony Turco involving the sale of a $32.5 million Paradise Valley estate, which ranks as the second-highest residential sale in Arizona history based on Multiple Listing Service data.

Previously affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate, the team cited Compass’ marketing platform and technology investments as factors in the transition.

“I’ve been following Compass for a long time, and one thing that always stood out to me was how focused they are on evolving while much of the industry still operates the way it always has,” Anthony Turco said. “This is a real advantage for high-net-worth clients, especially in the ultra-luxury space where marketing, exposure and presentation carry so much weight.”

John Turco, originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, ranked among the top 0.1% of more than 65,000 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales associates for 13 consecutive years. Before beginning his 35-year real estate career, Mr. Turco worked in marketing for Saatchi & Saatchi, experience that has informed the Turco Group’s marketing approach.
Anthony Turco brings more than 20 years of experience to Compass. Over the past two decades, he has helped generate more than $900 million in sales for the Turco Group. He said he will continue focusing on the Valley’s ultra-luxury market, where inventory remains limited.

“There aren’t many properties at the ultra-luxury level available in Arizona,” Mr. Turco said. “When one becomes available, interest builds quickly, with a lot of high-net-worth buyers looking to relocate here for the lifestyle, climate and new companies and professional opportunities coming to the area.”

Anthony Turco has nine active listings in Arizona ranging from about $2 million to $8 million. The recently sold Paradise Valley estate spans nine acres and includes views of Camelback Mountain.

“This property will be enjoyed as a private residence by my clients, who have strong local business and community ties to the area,” Mr. Turco said. “During their home search, they expressed a deep appreciation for the area and a desire to create a lasting family legacy through the upcoming vision of this iconic property. They are looking forward to the future of the property and establishing it as a place to live, gather with loved ones and continue building family traditions.”

The group’s current listings also include a Scottsdale property at 9021 E Rimrock Drive. The five-bedroom, seven-bath residence includes a four-car garage, a pool with a swim-up bar and views of the surrounding desert.

Listed at $7,995,000, the home is located in the Pima Acres neighborhood and measures 6,792 square feet.
