Wilde Wealth Management Group announced Erica Bloudek as its new chief operating officer.

Founded in 2003, Wilde Wealth Management Group is a financial services firm providing retirement planning, investment management, real estate guidance, insurance, legal coordination and tax strategy under one integrated platform, according to a press release.

Ms. Bloudek will oversee the firm’s operational strategy, aligning systems, processes and infrastructure with long-term growth goals. Her responsibilities include guiding strategic planning initiatives and overseeing advisor and client onboarding, marketing communications and workflow management in support of consistent service delivery.

Ms. Bloudek joins Wilde Wealth following her tenure as chief operating officer at Ashton Thomas Private Wealth, an Arax Investment Partners company. During that period, she helped guide operational strategy as the firm expanded from five locations to 19 offices nationwide and supported the integration of a broker-dealer acquisition.

Before that role, Ms. Bloudek spent 18 years with Wells Fargo and affiliated entities, including Wells Fargo Investments, Wells Fargo Advantage Funds, Wells Capital Management and Galliard Capital Management. She advanced from an investment operations representative into senior leadership roles focused on client service, operations, onboarding systems and team development.

“Erica brings a rare combination of operational expertise, strategic vision and people-first leadership,” said Trevor Wilde, co-founder and chief executive officer of Wilde Wealth Management Group.

“Her track record of scaling organizations while strengthening culture makes her an exceptional fit for Wilde. As we continue expanding across the Southwest and beyond, Erica will help ensure we grow thoughtfully, protect the culture that defines us and continue delivering the coordinated, fiduciary-focused experience our clients expect.”

Ms. Bloudek’s leadership approach emphasizes mentorship, collaboration and organizational culture. That philosophy aligns with the firm’s model, which was established by Mr. Wilde and his father, William Wilde, to deliver fiduciary investment advice through an integrated wealth management platform.

Under Mr. Wilde’s leadership, the firm has grown from a single office into a multi-location operation across Arizona. Over the past five years, Wilde Wealth expanded from 12 advisors to more than 60 and now maintains offices in Scottsdale, Sun City-Surprise, Glendale, Goodyear, Tucson, Paradise Valley, Payson, Sedona and Chandler. The firm also launched Wilde Wealth Insurance in 2022 and introduced W Family Office in late 2024 to serve high-net-worth clients through a flat-fee planning structure.

Wilde Wealth has received national recognition for its growth. Barron’s recently named the firm to its 2025 Top 250 Private Wealth Management Teams list, ranking No. 60 nationwide and the highest-ranking Arizona firm. Only four Arizona firms were included statewide, with Wilde Wealth among the top 100.

In addition, Mr. Wilde was named No. 1 in Arizona on Barron’s 2026 Top 1,500 Financial Advisors list, marking his 18th consecutive year on the ranking and his seventh year in a row among the state’s top five advisors.

The firm also maintains a philanthropic focus through Wilde for Arizona, which coordinates volunteerism, fundraising and nonprofit partnerships.

Supported organizations include Phoenix Children’s Foundation, Child Crisis Arizona, Sunshine Acres, Junior Achievement of Arizona and Arizona Tuition Connection. Mr. Wilde was recently named 2025 Champion of Change of the Year by AZ Big Media and previously recognized as a Most Admired Leader by the Phoenix Business Journal.

“Wilde Wealth is building something truly special,” Ms. Bloudek said. “The firm has achieved strong growth, but what stood out to me was the emphasis on culture, collaboration and doing what is right for clients and the community. Trevor has created an organization where people matter, and I am excited to help strengthen the operational foundation that will support the firm’s next chapter.”

Ms. Bloudek is originally from Forest Lake, Minnesota, and began her career in financial services in 2003 at Wells Fargo Investments. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University while working full time. She and her husband, Erik, relocated to Arizona in 2020 and have two children.

As Wilde Wealth Management Group continues its expansion, Ms. Bloudek will play a central role in strengthening operational infrastructure while preserving the firm’s culture.

“Over the next five years, our focus is scaling intelligently while remaining grounded in the values that built this firm,” Mr. Wilde said. “Erica’s leadership will help ensure that as we grow, we continue delivering the coordinated advice, trusted relationships and community impact that define Wilde Wealth.”
