A contemporary hillside home in Paradise Valley’s Paradise Reserve community has sold for $12.25 million, with Compass agent Chris Karas overseeing the sale of 7050 N. 39th Place.
The transaction set a new price‑per‑square‑foot benchmark for a home of its age in the community, reflecting continued demand for hillside properties in the local luxury housing market, according to a press release.
The home spans 6,318 square feet with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, offering views of Paradise Valley and the surrounding desert while maintaining privacy. Clean architectural lines, natural stone and rich wood finishes define the interior, with a central staircase anchoring the entry.
Sliding glass doors on the main level open to a covered patio and yard with outdoor fireplaces and an infinity‑edge pool, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces while allowing natural light throughout the home.
The primary suite includes a drop‑down screen and projection system, along with a bathroom, walk‑in closet and a private outdoor Jacuzzi. The suite also offers views across the Valley.
Two additional guest suites include access to private patios, and a dedicated office provides space for remote work.
The sale also included a detached guest house with a kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom, offering separate accommodations for guests or staff.
Mr. Karas said buyers in Paradise Valley often seek a mix of views, privacy and contemporary design.
“Paradise Reserve has something homebuyers have a hard time finding elsewhere,” he said. “Beyond an enviable hillside location, this home has contemporary features and finishes, a timeless design, and a sense of quiet and serenity that’s hard to come by in the Valley.”
