LevRose Commercial Real Estate has closed the sale of Ventura Gateway, a multi‑tenant office building in Scottsdale’s McCormick Ranch area
The property at 8687 E. Via de Ventura sold for $9.75 million, or $185 per square foot, after generating multiple offers, according to a press release.
LevRose Partners Jason Reddington and Keri Davies represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. Mr. Reddington holds the CCIM designation.
“This was a highly sought after asset, and we’re grateful to have earned the trust of both the buyer and seller throughout the process,” Mr. Reddington, partner at LevRose Commercial Real Estate, said. “Ventura Gateway is exceptionally positioned, and this sale highlights the enduring appeal of McCormick Ranch.”
Ventura Gateway is located on a 3.33‑acre site and includes approximately 52,583 square feet of office space. The building has a history of stable tenancy and is situated within an established, affluent trade area.
The property offers access to nearby restaurants, retail centers, a spring training baseball facility and Great Wolf Lodge. It is also located within a five‑mile radius of approximately 192,000 daytime employees, contributing to visibility and demand among office users seeking smaller floor plates.
