Carol Schillne and Cole Schillne with ORION Investment Real Estate represented a Colorado-based Asian restaurant concept in a long-term lease totaling $2.7 million.
The Schillne Retail Team represented JING of Denver, Colorado, in a retail lease at the Shea Scottsdale Shopping Center, 10605 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 101, in Scottsdale, according to a press release.
JING occupies a 9,200-square-foot space that formerly housed Jason’s Deli. The pad building sits in a neighborhood center anchored by Safeway and CVS in central Scottsdale.
“For more than 20 years, JING has been one of the most popular and one of the most recognized Asian restaurants in Denver and Aspen, Colorado, and Las Vegas, Nevada. We’re thrilled to bring this amazing restaurant concept to Scottsdale,” Ms. Schillne said.
JING features a globally inspired menu with a focus on Asian cuisine, sushi and dim sum, along with an extensive wine selection, according to its website. The restaurant highlights ingredients sourced from local and organic farms.
The landlord, WR A Shea & Scottsdale, LLC, of Phoenix, was represented by Alex Clark with Common Bond.
