Wespac Construction announced the completion and ribbon cutting of the WillScot Support Center at Scottsdale Entrada.
The 78,992-square-foot tenant improvement delivers a first-generation workspace designed for flexibility, collaboration and comfort, according to a press release.
The new headquarters at 6400 E. McDowell Road in Scottsdale was built within an occupied Class A office building and features custom Felt and Tile finishes, a relocated generator and dynamic workspaces that connect with WillScot’s branch network across North America.
Highlights include an outdoor balcony and private patio, a kitchen and break area, open and private offices and a conference center.
Employees also have access to shared amenities such as a rooftop terrace, fitness center, lobby and landscaped outdoor spaces.
“This project reflects WillScot’s vision for a modern, people-focused workplace,” said Steven Crofoot, project manager at Wespac Construction. “We’re proud to have helped bring that vision to life through a space that inspires creativity, collaboration and comfort.”
Mr. Crofoot credited the collaborative effort between WillScot, Corgan, JLL and Wespac Construction for delivering the project.
