Greenlight Communities has promoted Brian Spetman to vice president of project management.
Ms. Spetman’s promotion, Greenlight representatives tell the Digital Free Press, reflects the continued growth of the brand since its inception in 2018.
Mr. Spetman brings over 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and multifamily construction.
Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen the completion of over $200 million in developments. His expertise and leadership have been pivotal in driving growth and success within Greenlight.
“I’m honored to step into this new role at Greenlight and eager to hit the ground running,” Mr. Spetman said in a prepared statement. “Greenlight has achieved significant milestones in the industry, and I’m excited to build on this momentum to help even more community members find attractive and attainable rental homes.”
