Wespac Construction has successfully completed the Offerpad Solutions’ new office space on the fifth floor of The Beam on Farmer.
Designed with flexibility and collaboration in mind, the 39,895-square-foot office features executive offices along the perimeter, open workspaces, multiple break areas, and dedicated collaboration zones, according to a press release.
Employees can also enjoy a state-of-the-art golf simulation room, a spacious training area, and two single-use unisex restrooms – all seamlessly integrated into the office’s dynamic layout, the release states.
One of the project’s defining features is its raised access flooring system, a strategic solution that conceals mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems beneath while maintaining the visual integrity of The Beam’s exposed mass timber structure.
To enhance both functionality and style, the space incorporates Teknion demountable office front systems, allowing for adaptability without compromising on design. The training and break rooms stand out with Arktura soundbar ceiling treatments, custom millwork, and sleek solid surface countertops, while additional break areas showcase specialty millwork and acoustic ceiling accents.
“It’s been incredible to see this project take shape,” said Ian Wright, project manager at Wespac Construction. “The combination of smart design, quality craftsmanship, and innovative solutions –like the raised access flooring, really makes this space stand out. Offerpad’s new office not only fits their company’s vision but also complements the unique character of The Beam on Farmer.”
