Tim Orscheln, founder and CEO of the equity maintenance company HomeLyfe, is bringing Gonano to the Arizona housing market.
“With this cutting-edge technology, residents don’t need to spend tens of thousands on replacing their roofs,” Mr. Orscheln said. “When I learned about Gonano, I knew I had to bring it to Arizona to help homeowners protect their most valuable investment.”
Developed in Canada, Mr. Gonano incorporates nanoparticles that transform the molecular structure of materials, extending the lifespan of surfaces by 10 to 15 years. The most popular products used for roof rejuvenation are Gonano Shingle Saver and Gonano Revive.
Gonano Shingle Saver is designed for newer roofs less than eight years old, and Gonano Revive is for older roofs from eight to 20+ years old. Both products penetrate shingles creating a protective barrier that stops the aging process immediately, prevents granule loss, is 100% hydrophobic, reflects UV rays and is wind and hail resistant. The power of Gonano also regenerates the shingle’s original color, reversing the effects of oxidation and the appearance of the roof’s age.
“HomeLyfe is an advocate for the homeowner,” Mr. Orscheln said. “We are in the business of saving roofs, not replacing them, and do everything in our power to protect our customer’s homes for years to come through thorough inspections, repairs, maintenance and application services.”
