The School of Ballet Arizona is welcoming students from across the Valley to participate in its 2025 summer programs, offering opportunities for dancers of all ages and skill levels.
This year’s offerings include the brand-new Once Upon A Dance Camp and a summer workshop for adults and teens, according to a press release.
New this year is the school’s Once Upon A Dance Camp, a week of movement and imagination for children ages 4 to 6. Campers are invited to wear their favorite princess or superhero costume as they explore creative movement, make new friends, and enjoy daily visits from special characters who will lead themed activities. The camp will be held:
*July 21 to 24th at the school’s Mesa campus
*July 28 to 31th at the school’s Phoenix campus
For teens and adults ages 14 and up, the school will also host its annual three-day Summer Workshop, taking place June 16 to 18th at the Phoenix campus. Whether you are a beginner or returning to dance after a break, this evening program offers an engaging and intensive experience with 90-minute ballet technique classes followed by one hour of repertory each night.
“There’s so much to experience this summer at the School of Ballet Arizona, and we are thrilled to offer opportunities for dancers of every age to grow, explore, and deepen their love for the art of ballet,” said Ballet Arizona artistic director Daniela Cardim.
