Tempe Diablos remain focused on giving back

The Tempe Diablos charitable giving group awarded more than 40 qualified organizations with $366,900 in grants this calendar year.
The mission of the Tempe Diablos is to empower projects that make significant contributions to the community, including organizations that focus on food insecurity, ending child abuse, making STEM more accessible and more, according to a press release.
The money is a product of fundraising efforts by the group of community leaders and was distributed through the Tempe Diablos Charities, the 501(c)(3) arm of the program which handles grant dispensation.
“As Tempe Diablos, giving back to the community is our main priority and we are fortunate we have the opportunity to award this year’s grant recipients,” said Mike DiDomenico, Tempe Diablos president. “It is important for us to recognize the organizations throughout the Valley who are making an everlasting impact, and we are honored to work with them.”
Each year, the Tempe Diablos invite organizations that serve the Tempe community to apply for grants.
The Tempe Diablos Charities grant application for 2023 is now open and can be accessed here. For a grant to be considered, the completed application must be received online by Jan. 15, 2023.
