Scottsdale Quarter has signed lease agreements with Hill House Home and L’AGENCE, bringing the two fashion brands to Arizona for the first time.
Hill House Home is expected to open in late summer or early fall, with L’AGENCE scheduled to follow in early 2027. The additions are among the latest leasing announcements for the mixed-use property, according to a press release.
“Hill House Home and L’AGENCE are highly sought-after brands that choose their locations carefully, and they chose Scottsdale Quarter. That’s a powerful signal about where this property stands in the market, and exactly the kind of fashion-forward tenants we’re focused on bringing in to deepen our offering and elevate the guest experience,” said Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing for Vestar.
L’AGENCE, a Los Angeles-based fashion brand, is known for designs that blend Southern California and Parisian influences. The company has standalone boutiques in cities including New York, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Houston and Chicago, as well as locations in Paris and Seoul.
The 2,408-square-foot Scottsdale Quarter store will be located in The Quad and will be the brand’s first standalone location in Arizona.
Hill House Home has expanded from an online retailer to a brick-and-mortar brand with nine locations across the country. Known for its Nap Dress collection, the company will open a 2,250-square-foot boutique on 73rd Street at Scottsdale Quarter.
The Scottsdale store will be Hill House Home’s first location in Arizona and its first in the Southwest.
The new leases continue a period of activity at Scottsdale Quarter. Additional retail, dining and office announcements are expected throughout 2026 as the property continues to expand its tenant mix.
