Ty Utton adds development project depth to Rose Law Group

The land-use legal team at the Rose Law Group is adding Ty Utton to the fold as officials there say the new hire will expand on talent and services rendered to meet the increasingly complex needs of local developers.
Mr. Utton joins the team, bringing with him his experience in executing development projects from a broad range of sizes and scales.
“Ever since I came to the Valley three years ago, I heard about Rose Law Group and the outstanding work being done there, I was drawn to that platform to assist clients,” he said in a prepared statement.
Mr. Utton specializes in providing guidance through the various governmental processes in order to realize client’s projects, including rezoning’s, condition modifications, use permits, variances, appeals.
The Arizona State University alum has assisted on some of the largest entitlement cases in Arizona and has developed comprehensive community and compatibility plans for a range of clients and jurisdictions from towns and regional councils to military bases across the United States.
“I grew up with role models in the development industry and could see the exciting impact of being at the forefront of development projects,” Mr. Utton said. “I also witnessed the housing crisis and was inspired to be part of the solutions in addressing housing affordability.”
He serves as a board member on the Historic Preservation Board in Mesa and previously served as House Page at the Arizona Legislature.
