Police: Phoenix man arrested for voyeurism in Town of Paradise Valley

The Paradise Valley Police Department reported today an arrest stemming from an incident at about 9:22 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29 within town limits.

Police officials tell the Digital Free Press police officers responded to a report of trespassing in the 5700 block of East McDonald Drive whereas police report a suspect was observed entering the property to spy on guests, which was captured on surveillance.

Paradise Valley officials report police officers identified, and arrested a 32-year-old male from Phoenix without incident. Following the investigation, the suspect was booked on allegations of illegal Voyeurism.

The name of the suspect was not provided by the police department.

Police officials say with the property owner’s cooperation and the use of advanced technology, department crime analyst relayed crucial information to officers, enabling them to act swiftly, track the suspect, and bring the case to a successful resolution.
