PMB’s Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building has been named a finalist in Healthcare Real Estate Insights magazine’s annual national awards program.
PMB is a healthcare real estate developer focused exclusively on healthcare projects with a mission to improve healthcare delivery and positively impact communities.
The 46,000-square-foot facility will provide Goodyear’s first integrated space for medical offices and inpatient rehabilitation, expanding access to specialized care within the community and positioned alongside the Abrazo West Campus and surrounding services, according to a press release.
“PMB is grateful to be named a finalist for the HREI awards, which recognize the strong partnerships and collective commitment behind this unique project,” Mr. Dinnen said.
The new building, slated to open in the first quarter of 2026, will provide advanced healthcare including inpatient rehabilitation services, internal medicine and cardiology.
“As we continue to expand Abrazo Health’s footprint in the West Valley, this project represents a major step forward in delivering coordinated, patient-centered care closer to where people live,” Mr. D’Amico said.
Mr. D’Amico added, “Through our strong partnership with PMB, we’ve developed a facility that strategically integrates inpatient rehabilitation services with outpatient care under one roof — enhancing access, improving care transitions and meeting the community’s growing needs in a modern and integrated setting.”
The 24 inpatient rehabilitation beds will provide a range of services to patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, trauma and more.
