Record-setting temperatures in the Phoenix metropolitan area call for one-of-a-kind cold dishes, local restaurateurs contend.

Salads are a key menu ingredient for power lunches, friends grabbing a bite or solo endeavors focused on flavors and execution. From corner to corner of the Valley of the Sun, lunchtime goers and salad seekers can find a top-tier salad or cold dish to meet any dining occasion.

Patrons can enjoy a salad in the 5,000-square-foot space that includes an extensive wraparound patio and private dining space with chic décor that blends regency glamour with boho touches.

Design features include living green moss walls, neon signs and a pink feather chandelier, with a focus on blush tones, brass accents and natural wood. The north Scottsdale location is 15507 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale.
