Pedal Haus Brewery now manages the monOrchid event space and has updated its catering menus.
In November 2021, Pedal Haus opened its newest location on Roosevelt Row in the monOrchid building. With this, the company took over management of monOrchid and the operation of Kahvi Coffee + Cafe, according to a press release.
The event space coined, ‘monOrchid’ is a 6,000-square-foot event venue that can be transformed into an unparalleled event space for weddings, private dinners, receptions and celebrations of life, representatives of the brand contend.
The in-house catering team offers a full suite of services including event setup and clean-up, full bar and service staff, rentals up to 150 people for seating, multiple food and drink packages and more.
Zach Hunter, culinary director at Pedal Haus Brewery, is providing food and beverage menu development including elaborate charcuterie tables, buffet, family-style or plated dinner menus featuring fresh seafood, steak and vegetarian entrees or food stations.
In addition to monOrchid, all three Pedal Haus locations offer unique event options for guests.
•The Tempe brewery has a large beer garden that is available for private parties and includes a mixture of seating choices. It has enough room for up to 200 people seated or 300 standing with the option to reserve half of the space for smaller groups. In addition, the private dining room is perfect for a seated dinner for up to 35 people, or the bar lounge area where 20 to 50 people can be accommodated.
•The Chandler location has several areas for private events — the dining room, bar, cabanas and the newly renovated patio that is fully covered and includes fire pits and game tables. Seating varies depending on the area and capacity ranges from 20 to 100 people.
•Pedal Haus in downtown Phoenix can also be reserved for private events and can be combined with the monOrchid gallery space to host up to 400 people. The dining room, keg alley, front patio, brewer’s table, mezzanine and lounge are the distinctive options at this location. Seating varies by space. The dining room can seat 50 people, the keg alley can seat 40, the front patio is large enough for 40 seats and the mezzanine has space for 90 seats.
Pedal Haus Brewery opened its first location on Mill Avenue in Tempe in 2015. Since then, the popular brewery has won more than 40 medals and awards including a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2018 and Best Brewery in the United States at the 2019 Copa Cerveza de Americas.
