west team adds to talented core

Cushman & Wakefield is adding two talented professionals — Associate Molly Hunt and Senior Financial Analyst Callahan Conway.
Based in Phoenix, Ms. Hunt and Mr. Conway join a team comprising Executive Vice Chairman Will Strong; Executive Managing Director Phil Haenel; Senior Director Kirk Kuller; and Senior Marketing Lead Stephanie Saccente, according to a press release.
This Cushman & Wakefield team serve the capital markets needs of industrial owners throughout the “Mountain West region,” according to a press release.
Led by Mr. Strong, a top producing broker, Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group — Mountain West team is recognized as a market-leading industrial investment advisor, the release states.
Ms. Hunt’s primary role will consist of client support, deal execution and new business development, while Mr. Conway will provide financial analysis support for the disposition and marketing of investment sale properties and joint venture equity raises.
“Joining Cushman & Wakefield earlier this year, Molly has been a valued member of the firm’s private capital and industrial leasing team and Callahan has also been a valued member of the capital markets team in Arizona,” Mr. Strong said in a prepared statement. “They are both very talented professionals with experienced backgrounds in real estate and we are excited to elevate them to their new positions as part of the IAG-Mountain West team.”
Mr. Strong points out Ms. Hunt and Mr. Conway have hit the ground running.
